Get your Christmas craft on with Stampin' Up!

Oh my goodness !!! Christmas really is on the way and I need to get my craft on. Halloween is done, UK Bonfire night celebrations are over, and its now time to focus on some Christmas fun. Today I am sharing some of my top picks for you which I feel are budget friendly and also really fun to use. The first is Dashing Deer... a great versatile set as shown above you can create way more than cards . Why not try some DIY home decor this year and wow you family with your creations... just watch out as they will want you to make them some too.

Happiness and Cheer is the name of this set and to me is what Christmas is all about. Here we have traditional images of children, family and pets coming together to enjoy the festive season. What a great stamp for your hand made Christmas cards this year.

The Joy and Noel set is for those who love a bold statement with little fuss. A great set for creating bold striking cards simply and quickly.

All things bright is just my favourite! With its twinkly colourful fairy lights and great sentiments this set is awesome for card making AND for jazzing up your own Christmas packaging this year. With a co-ordinating punch to match this set you can create simple 3D effect decoration to your cards and packaging to give it that extra POP !

Had made is made with love so lets all get creative this Christmas and spread that stuff around like glitter. Creating is fun and can help you relax after a hard day. Encourage the children to join in have a a crafty day together then sit back and admire your work.

Stampin' Up! have a great range of products to choose from these are just my top pick for you for the week. All products in these samples are listed below for you to browse simply click a product to see it in my online shop.

Have a great weekend and ... Happy Stamping xxxx Amanda

easy flip flip main album using Dashing Deer.

Another notch on my journey through making mini albums. I came across this design last week its known commonly as a flip flap album and I just had to try it. I LOVE how this turned out and I kid you not it is so super simple you could make this in about half an hour... I like simple and I like quick!

I used the Dashing Deer thinlits a lot in this project and did find using the adhesive sheets made the delicate one super easy to adhere... no messy glue here ! I also used the stunning Dashing along DSP which was previously only available free with a large order but now we can buy it !! yayyy no need to hoard the pack I have now, I can just go order another. The simple patterns and small colour range makes it real easy to co-ordinate every sheet looks great next to the other.

I don't have a fancy pants camera..I take all my photos on my phone so internal shots of the album were not working. I do however have a close up run-through and step by step tutorial over on my Youtube please do come on over and take a look. I know you will want to try this.

So go grab yourself a brew, get comfy and enjoy the video. All measurements and products used are listed below. The video has all the details on constructing this fun flip flap mini album. Youtube link here for mobile users and below for everyone else, enjoy  >> https://youtu.be/jkXwvUY7A9w

Stunning fabric gift bags, craft fair idea.

When paper and fabric come together to make a beautiful project I am in my element. I love creating with fabric and these small cloth bags ae awesome to work with.

The Sanat's bags from Stampin' Up! are a great new and versatile product. You can stamp on them with our inks, you can paint them with our new shimmer paints possibilities are endless. Just do this on that the inks are not all colour safe so these are purely decorative...one couldn't keep ones swimming things in them for example !!..

I decorated mine with paper, ribbon, stamping , die cuts and some paper flowers I had in my stash for about six years. See crafters never throw anything out as we just know it will come in handy and these sure did.

I used our beautiful new shimmer paint to add a frosted look to the green sprigs to the left of the bag. It doesn't show well on the picture but this paint is amazing.

I do have a full and fun step by step video tutorial on my Youtube for you to follow along with. So go grab a brew, get comfy and enjoy the video.
