Easy Valentine sweet gift pouch

Happy Saturday everyone... I'm getting my craft on today creating projects to share for next week. On project I would like to share is this really easy Valentines sweet treat gift. A simple pouch holds four inexpensive chocolate hearts. These are presented in a cello bag with a pretty topper. A great gift for any time but especially as the Valentines period is near.

I was inspired by a photo I saw on Instagram by another demo called Lady and her stamps, whom I think may be from America. I loved her project, I thought it was cute and a great idea and so created mine after seeing hers. I had no measurements to go by so my version is created using measurements I made up to fit the chocolate hearts I had purchased.

I think this small gift turned out great and plan to make several for my daughter to hand out at school. I have a step by step YouTube tutorial for you to follow so you can try this yourself. measurements and products used are listed below.

I would be really grateful if you took a minute to follow my blog for further posts and also if you enjoy my video click like, subscribe and click the bell icon to get notifications of new videos.

So for now grab a brew, get comfy and enjoy the video...

Sweet n' Sassy Valentines card

Happy Monday everyone I hope you had a fantastic weekend. As we were held captive to snow and bad road conditions we stayed home warm and snug and i got extra crafty time. I created another love/ Valentines theme card. I am loving the bright colours we have in the Stampin' Up! collection and love how even when you think they will clash... they compliment.

Here I used a varying shades of pink set off with just a small amount of the bright beautiful Bermuda Bay which totally looks amazing set amongst the bright pinks. Our brightest shade of pink here is Melon Mambo a vibrant colour which just shouts fun fun fun this was used to stamp the patterned hearts and is also our card base colour.  This combination is teamed up with heart shaped hints of Calypso Coral, Powder Pink and Rich Razleberry.

I had cut a heap of hearts using the Sweet and Sassy Framelits in all differing sizes and had lots to spare, not wanting to waste them i came up with this project. I used two stamps the patterned heart is from heart happiness, and the sentiment borrowed from Blooming' love.

Simple card but gives a whole lot of love. I do have a step by step tutorial on my Youtube channel for you to watch and re create this card . So grab a brew get comfy and enjoy the video.

I am a hopeless romantic and so with February and Valentines looming I shall most likely make an array of valentines theme cards.

This is a simple card layered with Painted love DSP. I chose a sheet with the stunning foiling on, this is however hard to photograph but it really is beautiful. I made my layers of hearts using the Heart Happiness stamp and some were then fussy cut and some cut using the Sweet and sassy framelits which are a set of 15 different sized heart shapes. I shall be using these LOTS.

I used melon Mambo and Flirty Flamingo to stamp with and also used a tiny amount of the gold foiled sheet to cut more hearts. Layering them up is fun and gives a pretty look to the card. I couldn't resist adding some MORE hearts with the heart shaped metal enamel dots just inside one of the larger hearts.

My sentiments the word "Love" then the " Our story" come from the Petal passion memories and more card pack. The Love word is a die cut and the our story is a self adhesive sticker. The card park has the most beautiful items inside and great for your card making as well as for memory keeping.

No Youtube video for this project ...it is a blog only but you can easily recreate it yourself at home. The products used are listed below and all co-ordinate perfectly making your card making a total breeze.

I do hope you will try this card and I apologise in advance if I go a tad "LOVE" crazy as we come up to February.

Have a fantastic weekend and ...happy stamping xx Amanda
