Rewards for my growing team ...

I just love my job and the best part is my team. I am so proud to be a team leader I could just gush all day about my ladies... ( I have yet to snare to elusive male crafter ). Everyone of them is special to me and I love sharing their Stampin' Up! journey with them.

We have our special private team Facebook group where we chat and socialise and share ideas. I also do Facebook live chats with them where we all keep up to date on whats going on with each other and in Stampin' up! land.

I reward my team best I can and send cards as shown above, which I created myself on my PC whoop how cool are these. I write a personalised message in them and they get a gift of product which varies depending on the occasion. 

So I reward for recruiting and for different sales levels. When I can we have give aways too and I make a mental not to do the rounds so no one gets left out.

I have an amazing team and we are steadily growing. The team all contribute too the lovely Sandra Riley recently looked after things while I was away on the Incentive trip and the lovely Karen McClure is organising our blog hops and team card case challenges.

We are all getting excited for the big Stampin' Up! meet in November. A demo exclusive event where we get to se and receive new product and spend the whole day with our crafty team mates.

I really do beam with pride when I think of my team and Im so honoured they come to be part of team Scrimpy. Being a team leader is a fulfilling role and for me one of the best parts of being a demonstrator.

Celebrate you .....

I was super excited to se the celebrate you thinlits carry over to the new annual catalogue. These are perfect for a card to celebrate any occasion you care to. Here the idea was celebrating someones achievement with the addition of the 'you did it' sticker.

The colour scheme here is Mint macaron, Grapefruit grove and Fresh fig. These colours were are the guidelines for last weeks Global design project colour challenge. I love this challenge as there are so many fantastic projects to see, however I often miss the deadline so here we are sharing the card I made ... but missed the bus as it were !! 

I used the Delicate details memories and more cards here, using a laser cut detail card as a stencil for my backgrounded the sticker sheets held the simple but effective ' you did it'.

Inside another complete memories and more card was simply adhered to a layered background... these memories and more cards are great for creating fast yet awesome cards. See how this one has a watercolour wash look to it... amazing.

One sheet wonder envelope card..

As a Shabby chic girl at heart nothing makes me happier than when Stampin' Up! do something I can use for this style. The tea room suite is just pure shabby chic heaven for me. I adore everything from the colour f the DSP to the copper vinyl stickers, every element of this entire suite is pure bliss.

I saw these one sheet style cards in an envelope whilst surfing Youtube ...its not new there are countless videos but I wanted to give it my own take. You only need one sheet of 12 x 12 DSP to make it. Indeed you could change up the sizing you just need to start with a square.

I combined the Tea room DSP with the co-ordinating stamp set and tnbinlits choosing to keep colours simple using coastal cabana ink to match my DSP sheet.

I decorated the inside using the stamp set and the vinyl stickers which are so elegant and such great quality they are an absolute dream to use.

In all an easy project which gives beautiful results. I do hope you will give this project a try. I have a fun step by step tutorial for you to follow on my Youtube.
