Easy punch art Christmas flower.

I do love making flowers, and the one I am sharing today is so super easy anyone could make it. A simple punch art flower you can adapt for Christmas wreaths, boxes, hanging ornaments, swags ... you name it you could use these for it.

Making the petals for the flowers couldn't be easier. All I used was the Gleaming Ornaments punch pack from Stamping' Up!. The larger punch, yardstick and imagination are all you need to make fantastic flowers. And the best part is you can make these all year round. I gave mine a seasonal feel but you could do them any style, any colour, any time.

I have a step by step YouTube tutorial for you to follow. In the video I also give inking tips and share my tip for adding a bronze colour or shimmer to the flowers at a budget cost.

So lets get cracking and create some easy festive flowers.

Have a fantastic weekend and happy stamping xxx Amanda

Shabby Chic tags Stampin' Up! style.

When my two passions come together I am the happiest crafter ever. Shabby Chic and Stampin' Up! weren't always two and the same...but this year is different. Our new 2019-2020 catalogue has sooooo much shabby chic style goodies I am in utter heaven. An easy item to try if your not used to the style are tags like the ones I created.

Now Shabby chic is open to interpretation. I adapt it to my own style where I love subtle colours, floral or nature scenes, cursive scrips, inking, the odd bow and essential for me .... some lace ! It has to have lace somewhere. That's how I interpret the style and I love having fun with it.

I used a variety of Stampin' Up! new products here including the Bird Ballad DSP, Scripty embossing folder and the stunning Well written framelits. Combining these with items in my hoard and essentially using up my ever expanding scraps pile I came up with two pretty decorative tags.

These are great to add to gifts, journals, crafty swaps … for something extra pretty.

I do have a full step by step tutorial with hints and tips on how I go about creating my tags. So why not grab a warm brew, get comfy and enjoy the video. I will leave links to all the products I used today everything is available in my online shop 24/7.

Happy tag making xxxx Amanda
