Mini bowling bag treat box.

I adore thinking up new paper craft ideas for you to try especially pretty boxes for pretty things. The key is not necessarily in the box design, but in how you decorate it. And I do love to make things look pretty especially using my dies. So let me share how this cute Mini bowling bag treat box is made.

So we start by creating a simple box. It is a one piece box where the lid is attached to the base but folds over to close. Super easy to make all the measurements are blow in inches and Cm's.

The box is quickly and simply converted into a bag with the addition of a pretty front and rear die cut shape. Mine comes from the Stitched labels framelits. I used Flirty Flaming and Coastal Cabana keeping the main box white as this cuts costs (white card is cheaper than coloured). Adding a small handle to the top instantly identifies this project as a bag of some sort.

We can add the beauty of stamping to our project using the floral frames stamp set and the co-ordinating dies which cut our frame out with perfect precision. Using co-ordinating ink and card makes our life easier doesn't it ? we don't have to struggle to choose just opt for matching and save the stress.

Adding a tiny amount of colour to the leaves with a soft water colour pencil just makes the whole thing pop and detracts from the fact we actually only used one colour...bit of a trick of the eye. Raise your decorative panel up on Stampin' Dimensionals and your project is complete.. how easy was that?

I do have a step by step tutorial for you to craft along to and I will leave all the measurements and products used below.
