Beautiful Poinsettia flower ... how to .

I have to face facts Christmas crafting is rife !!! Im going to have to get cracking ... so here is my first Christmas project of 2018 and number 2 in my #100things series. This beautiful Poinsettia flower came about after seeing an instagram post by UK demonstrators known as Mitosu crafts.. their stunning red flower got me thinking and I came up with this white version.

Created really easily using dies from the Nature's Roots framelits dies.... taking the large leaf cutting and embossing dies several were cut in whisper white and three in Garden green. The centre and tip of each petal were inked softly with So Saffron ink and each petal gently shaped to give some dimension.

Here we have a sneak peek of the new Sprig punch coming soon in the Autumn Winter catalogue available to order 5th September. Using glimmer and foiled papers accents were created for the flower to give an extra Christmassy look.

The final touch is Dazzling diamonds glitter and copper metallic pearls to make the centre of the flower pop... in all a beautiful soft looking winer flower. A perfect addition to any project.

I do have a full step by step video for you to follow along to so grab a brew, get comfy and enjoy the video.

Happy stamping xxxx Amanda
