Cards can often say far more than words... when we have someone we need to comfort sending a card is a wonderful way to show we thought of them and we care. I created this beautiful card for such an occasion and I am thrilled how it turned out.
The Spring time foils DSP is just stunning, I fussy cut several of the flowers from one sheet and coloured them with Blender pens. There were then laid beneath vellum which gives a soft look to anything it over lays. I chose a simple sentiment from the Blossoming basket set and stamped on vellum this also gives a soft look.
I also used the Blender pens to colour strips of the Spring time foils dip to lay at each side of the card. As the card has a non porous surface we need to give this chance to dry. But results are beautiful.
I love creating from the heart with no real idea of what the outcome will be...on this occasion it just worked. I hope you enjoyed this project and will try it yourself. Feel free to copy any of the cards I share ..my whole reason for sharing is to help inspire you in your card making.
