Week three already goodness time really does go fast near to Christmas. I everyone ready for the onslaught of fantastic food and merriment ?? me either, but at least my design team projects are ready on time . Again I used the Live, love, Grow stamp set and again I used it in a different way. I began with the Irresistibly floral resist paper and inked this in a graduated effect using Emerald envy and then cut this into 1.5 x 3.5"panels . I am now fully reformed and have grown to love green . The second main colour is Rich Razzleberry. I have been waiting to use this colour just so I can say its name over and over ...Rich Razzleberry what a fantastic name, and indeed an opulent, deep, beautiful colour. The card base was cut at 11 x4" scored at 5.5" to fold . I used two of the shrubbery stamps from the stamp set and used very vanilla card stock for these. I inked the edged lightly with Emerald envy to give a soft co-ordinated look . I created a paper tassel and attached it to Rich Razzleberry ribbon . I love how you can get everything the exact same colour ! The ribbon is attached all the way inside the card and back again. I also added an insert to this card using very Vanilla card stock cut at 5.25 x 3.75". Again I used the shrubbery stamp and inked the edges with emerald envy. I added the sentiment " my sweet friend" and some metal rimmed pearls just to finish off. I do have a youtube video which shows my card in more detail . I would be delighted if you could go and have a look following the link below
