Parisian Beauty

I love to make more than just cards. A huge love of min is Journal making... although I don't get to do nearly enough ! I love little inserts you can slide in a pocket or add to a page, a little secret part to store messages or special memories.

I have been keen to try use my paper hoard up during lockdown and have been systematically using up as much as I can. This project finished of my stash of the Parisian Blossoms DSP. This beautiful paper will no longer be available come June 3rd 2020. So if you love it grab some before it goes.

Great as an alternative to a card, maybe add a gift card or photos ? Either way a great way to use up that DSP.

Christmas journal insert, tag & gift card holder

I love anything that resembles an album or journal ...I love making journal insterts too. Today project can be a card alternative, a journal insert, a tag holder AND a gift card holder... How much versatility do ya need ?

I went to town wit toile tidings DSP, Natures beauty and Itty Bitty Christmas stamp sets. An easy design for you to follow and embellish to your own style. Watching my You tube video to see how to make the base and get ideas on decoration ...but it really is up to you .

Measurements

Base using 12 x 12 card scor at 3 - 6 and 9" turn one turn to right and score at 4 1/4"

Dsp for large panels cut to 2 7/8 x 7 5/8 "

DSP for small pocket panels 2 7/8 x 4 1/4"

Long tags cut to 7 1/2 x 2 1/2"  layer with card cut to 2 3/8 x 7 3/8"

Envelope flip, journal insert, tag holder.

After I showed my envelope flip which I created on the recent bank holiday I was swamped with requests for a tutorial ...so here we are.

Rather than write a lengthy method I have done a full step by step YouTube video for you to follow and create one for yourself.
