As spring arrives so does wedding season... brides everywhere will be starting to plan their big day. One great way to save when planning your wedding is to create your own stationary. Stampin' Up! products co-ordinate perfectly, paper shades, inks, ribbons, embellishments and card stock all match they are the SAME and so this takes the headache out of creating any project.
The Sweet soiree suite and especially the cake soiree stamp and thinlits scream wedding to me although there are other sentiments in the set making this suite ideal for any celebration. I just felt all nostalgic and giddy making this set because I LOVE weddings. It my 10th anniversary this year and I truly loved getting married. The excitement is second to none. Creating your own wedding stationary not only gives the bridezilla ...sorry " lovely bride" absolute control... but is a memorable part of preparations brides talk about for years after with a sense of pride. With the HUUUUGE cost of custom made stationary today its always a great saving to DIY !
So here I gave just one of a billion combinations you can create with this two box stamp set, there is lots of choice and the thinnest are a dream. I created a simple yet stunning card and a matching gift bag or table favour . Both have that vibrant pop of fascia pink we call berry Burst, super popular with weddings. But you can co-ordinate with a different card stock and matching ribbon for a totally different colour scheme. So wether your a pink, blue, green or purple type of girl this set is perfect.
I have created a set by step video tutorial for you to follow on my Youtube channel and measurements are listed below.
