Sunday card sketch club...

Happy Sunday everyone a lovely sunny day here in Yorkshire England. Sunday for me is mostly filled with chores and cooking ...my husband likes a nice Sunday roast so its a day filled with looking after my family. But before the day starts I do this blog post for all the members of our community forum who give up their time every week to follow the card sketch we put up. Every week we get fantastic inspiration from these creators. Our group is for sharing our love of Stampin' Up! and the weekly sketch is just a small part of what we do...Mostly we share and inspire. Feel free to come along and join us the banner above is a clickable link to the groups page.

Here is the sketch we worked from this week chosen by the lovely Elaine Spencer.

Beautiful card from Karen McClure. Using mint macaron, succulent garden dsp mint macaron card stock some mint macaron glimmer paper. The flowers are from blossom bunch punch, metal rimmed pearls and the stamp is from the eastern beauty stamp set. The ribbon is satin coloured mint macaron and a tiny hint of wink of Stella xx

Hi ladies and gents, this is my take on this weeks challenge,I used a piece of card that I wrapped with aluminium sticky tape and embossed, and also used the scraps for the strip along the back and the little strips at the top and bottom corners.I used the old olive card stock from the delightful daisies suite, also the stamps and punch from that suite too,I added the sentiment in the center using white cardstock and a 2 1/2 inch scalloped edge.the ink I used is Island Indigo.

Claudia Cladden Scucchia

Claudia has used Eastern palace dies in an interesting way to create her flowers , really cute idea.
