todays project was inspired by my friend Heidi who was making similar projects a few weeks back at a team retreat. I have always wanted to get into albums so what better way to start than a very simple basic brag book style mini album.
The style is very easy for you to replicate measurements are below along with a list of supplies I used. There is a step by step Youtube tutorial on this project too. Just visit my channel by clicking the Youtube link in the right tool bar.
I used basic black card 12 x 12 size and cut three strips each measuring 4" x 12" and score each piece at 4" and 8". The three sections were then simply glued together. I added ribbons front and back and then I layered a front and back cover using soft sky card stock. This was simply decorated by cutting flowers from the DSP pack Whole lot of lovely and using half a stamp from the label me pretty set which created my corners.

After layering 12 pieces of DSP from the same paper line on each panel and at each side your pretty much done. This is the base on which to build. This model and be extended to incorporate flaps, tuck spots and indeed a much more elaborate mini album.... but for a starting point this basic design is awesome. A great gift for any occasion. have fun and ......
....... Happy Stamping xx Amanda
