Carrot and Wabbit easter treat pouch

Happy Friday everyone I thought I would make you smile with a super cute project today. I was smiling the whole time making this as its just a total joy to craft things that aren't necessarily groundbreaking artistically but just great fun . You could make these with young children or take it up a notch if you so desired. These sour cream pouches have been around for ever but they are so under rated. Quick and easy with literally no measuring a fast way to whip up a quick treat. Great as party favours, class or teacher gifts ...anything.

So all you need is one sheet of 6 x 6"paper for the pouch, a selection of oval shapes for the rabbit and a piece of 2 1/2 x 2 1/2" free paper to make the carrot top. I used subtles DSP and I believe I used calypso coral. Emerald envy for the carrot top and Whisper white to form the rabbit. Now if you don't have ovals use circles ... get creative use what you have to hand.

I am NOT the worlds best at faces ... I was rolling my eyes at myself drawing these but it really doesn't matter because the finished effect looks cute no matter what your skill level. I will be making several for Alexias close school friends for easter. I am looking forward to the easter break. I love school holidays and extra family time the weather warms slightly and spring is in full swing a lovely re birth of everything after the winter... which I am not a fan off ..I don't like to be cold.. Gosh thats enough rambling for today I do hope you will watch the Youtube tutorial for this project and have a try yourself .... happy stamping ... hugs x Amanda
