Happy Monday ..coffee and a card

Happy Monday ..yes it really is Monday already. But I love Mondays its my coffee and a card slot which i just love. Todays card is relatively simple. So long as your not me that is !!... as you will discover should you watch my Youtube tutorial on this project. Moving swiftly on I come items from the falling in love suite this week but using them in a minimal way so as to be budget friendly and make that stash last longer. So wi just have a hint of the DSP showing through love heart peep holes in the card. The card is made special by using the embossing folder from the suite which gives the most amazing away of embossed hearts which I lightly inked with Pink pirouette. The card colours used are very Vanilla and Blushing Bride which marry together perfectly. I created a card stock bow using the bow builder punch as my embellishment to the card ..again creating your own embellishments is much more budget friendly. And how satisfying to make your own than reach for pre made out of a packet. Stampin' Up! provides all you need to make stunning cards totally from scratch without the need for packet store bought items which can take away the unique factor of hand made cards.
