Cute tiny mini easel cards.

How cute are these ? .. miniature sized easel cards. I love making sets of note cards but its dull doing just a basic card fold for mini note cards so I came up with this idea. These cards measure just 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" how adorable.

I created them by cutting a length of yardstick around 3 3/4" wide by around 7" giving myself some wiggle room. Then fold the card in half longways and using the largest 3 1/2" scallop oval thinly from Stampin' Up!'s layering oval set I die cut leaving a small gap at the top where the die wasn't over the card so wouldn't cut. This leaves the fold intact and you have an oval shape card. Cute another the same and create your easel structure.

Layered with cute Subtles dip in Blushing bride then another layer of white card for stamping, each time going down in the sizes of the oval dies. Using the Varied Vases bundle first stamp the vase and flower desired, then punch out the same vase but in dip and layer over the stamp for a fun look.

To hold the easel card up I took a sentiment from the Varied vases and bow from an up coming set called candy cane season. Candy cane season has a matching punch which cuts out the bow its super cute.

These are such fun and fit in the palm of your hand making it s easy to make your own envelopes on the envelope punch board, or make a set of four or six and put them in a hand made box.

I do have a full process video which shows every step including the partial die cutting. So grab a brew get comfy and enjoy the video. Products used are listed below should you wish to purchase any simply click the photo and browse.

Happy stamping xxx Amanda
