Using just one colour on a card is great for new stampers... it is also great to create a can no fuss simple card. The results can be striking. Blueberry bushel is the most striking shade of blue and looks fantastic in classic combination alone with white.
The stamp used here is Very Vintage ... a hosted set which you can order for free on qualifying orders £150 or over. A beautiful set well worth adding to your collection should you find you have stampin' rewards.
he gingham ribbon is a slight shade darker, yet the Night of Navy ribbon matches perfectly. Keeping the background and the same colour as the ink make for an easily co-ordinated card. Indeed the main feature of the stampin' Up! range is that throughout the collection colour shades are consistent which takes the headache out of creating... you just know those shades will match as they are exactly the same.
I do have a fun step by step video to follow... there are a few blunders in this one but well... I tend to leave them in to share how to rectify any mistakes made. So grab a brew get comfy and enjoy the video. Products used are listed below for you to browse.
Happy stamping xxx Amanda
Thanks. Absolutely love the stark simplicity; it makes the image and flower pop. Too many cards are too "busy" for my taste. This hits a sweet spot.
