Craft fair idea matchbook chocolates

On my recent trip to Frankfurt I had a LONG wait in the airport and so as you do, I wandered around the shops. I knew I dare not go home without a small gift for Alexia, not that she's spoilt she just likes to have things from other countries. So killing two birds with one stone I saw the packs of Ritta Sport. Cute square shaped chocolate in bite size portions ...perfect for a video ...sorry I meant perfect for Alexia !!

So my project today is a matchbook style holder, nothing new there are a gazillion images on Pinterest. I love the idea as its simple and easy so I figured the measurements to fit my chocolate and went from there.

I chose the Petal garden designer series paper as I love the soft feminine look and the colour palette of the pack is just beautiful. Avoiding just pink ... hard for me to do ... I chose the pale blue as my background.

Further decorated with just a small sentiment, tiny flower, ribbon and a few pearls the white card stock is transformed into a great gift. perfect for craft fairs, teacher gifts... you know the mantra I am sure. You can make these just because. Just try NOT to eat all the chocolates and then have to go out and buy more !!..

Such and easy project to make , all the items used are listed below and I have also done a step by step tutorial for you to follow along to. So grab a brew,  get comfy and enjoy the video. Don't forget to click like and subscribe

  ... happy stamping xxx Amanda

  2. Thank you so much for sharing. Can't wait to make some for an upcoming class I am doing. Just wondering - in your measurements for the "DIP" you listed a piece cut to 2 5/5 x 1 1/8. Did you mean 2 5/8 x 1/18?
