All my love ..sewn details card.

I love simple cards... but sometimes I enjoy simple but stepped up in a subtle way. So the techniques are there but they arent apparent at first glance. To me thats a perfect simple card, the eye sees the whole at first then starts to pick out the detail and your like Ohhh look. So thats what I went for here to showcase some of the beautiful All My Love Designer series paper in a way more than just adding it as a simple layer.

I have taken some of the larger printed hearts from one sheet and fussy cut them out...I followed the lines of the image rather than going for the perfect heart shape. I then created a paper ruffle with a ripped strip from another sheet, the ruffle was held together by sewing it on my sewing machine. I layered this on a torn piece of vellum to add softness. The Pinewood planks embossing folder is a pure delight and I love the contrast of faux wood and the soft vellum and hearts . The charms I found in my crafty hoard and I think they just look so adoreable. Most of us crafters have these types of things so have a root around see what you can find to acentuate your cards.
There isn't a video tutorial for this card...I like sometimes to create to practice mindfulness and stay somewhat sane ...rolls eyes like thats ever gunna happen. Often I forget to film or its late at night and so hence my heafty explanation of the card.

I hope you enjoyed the project and will give it a try. the products are available from january 3rd and all are listed below. Feel free to click the photos and browse my online shop...we never close which is a bonus !

Happy crafting, huge hugs xxx Amanda
