Do you struggle to make the perfect box with the envelope punch board ? I had a lady contact me to say she just could not get to grips with it and I have to say I have heard it before. That crafters love to make envelopes and can do this with ease, yet boxes seem to be a problem.
I never had a problem myself but I looked into their claims and I think I figure out the problem . Two key elements when making boxes with this tool are easily overlooked or the process missed out.

Personally I use a great conversion site called the Crafty owl which gives you the measurements you need for any box size ...within the capacity of the board. You can find this great converter here >
try again with your box making using this tool and you won't have a problem ...just remember to flip the paper top to bottom after the first two punches and repeat , THEN follow score lines and punch and score ... this way you won't go wrong.
